opportunity to obtain Mexico
stamps. Circuits are
provided for MEPSI members,
by MEPSI members. A great
way to pick up nice
material, and a great way to
sell of your duplicate
material.
AUCTIONS
Periodical
auctions are conducted for
the benefit of MEPSI
members.
EXPERT
COMMITTEE
MEPSI has
a fine Expert Committee that
will provide expert opinion
on your Mexico postal
history or stamps.
LIBRARY
A small
but powerful set of
reference material awaits
you if you are a member of
MEPSI. The Librarian will
loan books for a period on
request from any member.
